High prices with no taste

Had an excellent experience coming here for iftari. The staff was very polite and accommodating as well as timely in bringing food at exactly iftar time. Very highly recommended and look forward to coming here again.

In terms of portion size, it was soooo good. I would definitely go there again as it is the perfect place for sharing platters. My dish was prawn tacos, and the amount was generous. Special mention: their iced tea

Had a good experience at Chili’s with very gracious staff and a shout out to the hard selling guard who literally convinced us to go inside as we were unsure what to do. You guys should really set a commission for him!!!

Had the chance to visit Chili’s Pakistan today and to my surprise, t,, his food outlet was nowhere near international food standards. Firstly, the restroom was dirty as hell, so we asked to get it cleaned, but it remained the same. We ordered two Rib-eye steaks and one Santa Fe Quesadilla, which were served cold. After inquiring, we were told that only BBQ sauce is given with the steak, and also the waiter had the audacity to odared toth the steak. The steak temperature wasn’t what we asked for, and it was totally bland, just like the Quesadilla. Never going again here.

Chicken was dry and bland. Veggies were only broccoli, nothing else. Serving is ok. Cold drinks were refillable which we did not know and only realized after seeing the bill. They didn’t even ask for refill (of course they wouldn’t). One dish was also partly served cold even though I told them to make sure it is served hot. Not a place I would visit again.

Ordered a steak deal and asked for a well-done steak. Was served a medium well-done and some parts were actually raw. The deal had drinks in it but they never brought it out until we asked for it after paying the bill.
A fish that does art, I’m the United. State, specifically Dallas, where Chili’s wor, and the food was exactly like the Chili’s in the States! The smokehouse burger was delicious, and the ambiance put the cherry on top! 🍒🍔🍔

Food was pretty good ngl, but the fries were soggy and unseasoned. Also, the service was slow and inconsistent. It also has a decent amount of space, and it is kid-friendly and able to cater to big parties.

Food service was quick, food server was very helpful and polite. Food was very good: tacos, fajitas, shrimp, nachos, shrimp tacos, and fresh mex all highly recommended. Flat bread wasn’t that good, hard, not crispy on the edges, and cold. Didn’t try the burgers. Fried cheese sticks were good too. Honey chipotle crispers were nice too, served with good juicy sweet corn. Desserts review pending till next visit. Steaks, burgers, and dessert, suppose pending review till next visit.

Quite a mid-range restaurant for the price range. I have eaten at Chili’s in foreign countries, and the Chili’s here is not the same. The food did not feel fresh and was lacking taste/spice, which is seen in the Chili’s restaurants abroad.

SO SO SO BAD! Highly disappointed. Cold food, bland and simply distasteful. Have never had such a bad experience. Went once itoSaudi, Arabia,, was OK there as well, but this one was not even worth going to. Poor hygiene as well. Ribeye steak, their most “popular” item, was so smelly and tasted like cardboard. How can you mess up simple steak? I get that it’s steak, but it was oozing with blood as well. Lastly, how are you gonna be named Chili’s but have such flavorless food…?
