The sweet corn soup was a disaster—it tasted like drinking liquid butter, and unfortunately, the staff seemed clueless about the issue. The Kewa Datshi and red rice were somewhat better, but still not impressive. We’ve had much better-tasting Datshi at Mountain Café.On a positive note, the ambiance was very good. But for food, it’s better to avoid this place.

Their food is horrible. We ordered Ema datshi and rice. They served a plate of chilies coated with white sauce. There was no cheese garlic flavor in it. Just chillies. Despite asking. The rice was undercooked. They don’t switch on AC. No fan. Service also bad

The restaurant is at a great location and they have done a great job in the overall setup and ambience. The food was okay. The fries seemed refried, the palak paneer was nicely done, and the Kashmiri dum aloo was not actually dum aloo but almost like aloo jeera. We spoke to the chef and he was open to suggestions and feedback.

As you walk in through the Shambhala corridors, the ambiance is unmatched. The food was great and the service was excellent. After dinner, there was a lounge one floor up where they had great cocktails and played good music. And the view was spectacular.
