Serving size is very small. The ambiance and service are good, and the food tastes great.
I ordered General Tao Chicken and Lama Beef, both were 👍🏽.

Everything was great from the taste to service. We didn’t like the three milk cake
(maybe because of our personal taste buds and found it overly sweet). Upon bringing this up,
they replaced it with another dessert (Chocolate Nemesis Cake with Ice Cream), showing excellent customer care.

Ordered tempura prawns, hot n sour soup, dumplings. The best was dumpling.
The main dishes—Mongolian beef and prawn sizzling—had no taste. The crowd was huge and noisy,
making the atmosphere like a fish market. The service was quick, but overall, disappointing.

I’ve tried better Chinese in the capital. Their chef needs to be replaced because I had the worst Fried Rice ever at Shanghai Social.
When I returned the bland rice, their chef sent it back saying that’s how they are made. Extremely disappointing.

Had a fantastic experience at Shanghai Social! We started with flavorful hot and sour soup and crispy battered chicken.
The main course was the delicious Chicken Manchurian. The ambiance was pleasant, and the service was impressively quick.
