I have been there multiple times, a lovely atmosphere with a lovely ambience. The staff are super friendly and there is a dedicated smoking area. However, service on the upper level is slow, and a calling system for waiters would be helpful. The restrooms are kept clean.

The place is pretty with comfortable seating, spacious, and aligned to the Spur brand. Located in the food court of the Corporate Place within the Swazi Plaza. The children’s play area is small and located upstairs. Downstairs offers charging points for laptops.

The staff are super friendly and professional. The food could be better in terms of taste, though it’s well presented. The non-functional coffee machine spoiled my experience.

Took 7 people on a Friday night. The manager served us. Only one bottle of dry white wine available. Two steaks were sent back, and one replacement was also inedible. Onion rings were terrible, and the Busta burger was below Spur’s usual quality. We won’t be back anytime soon.

Ordered a T-bone steak. It was cold, dry, and tough, with zero flavor—like chewing a blanket. To make things worse, the waiter demanded a tip. Very disappointing.
