Naif Alfahad | My experience was very bad, the meat was raw and the restaurant was full of flies that you couldn’t eat, the taste of the meat was not good and the hummus was not good. I do not advise you to eat there. |
Syeda Shagufta | We had stepped at an odd time to this restaurant as it used to be crowded during the meal times. I went at 4.30pm and we were 5 of us. For tasting this as an evening snack we planned to order 10 skewers (2 each). The person taking orders was very rude, he straight away denied and said he cannot give us table. He expects every person to have 5 skewers. This even when the tables were free. Would request tourists not to encourage such rude ppl. |
Ruth Lovelyn | The meat kebab was a little hard, its not that hot, although the waiters are all accommodating. |
Ahmed Ali | Quantity was very less as compared to the prices they are offering. No sitting space available mostly around 7-11 PM. And they were denying to reserve the space if you are ordering below 20 Riyals. |
Ho Sung | I asked if I could order, and when I told them I was alone, they said they had closed and they weren’t taking my order, but there was a server next to me who was bringing me a menu and taking my order. A house without 4 things. |
Ali Alhatmi | The taste is good, but the breakfast menu is very limited and not diverse. |
S Y | No frills food. Place was busy around 2pm. Chicken kebabs were nice n fresh. Fries were good too. They serve chapatis with the kebabs and a salad which I didn’t touch as didn’t wanna get sick (tourist). The man at front desk taking the orders is very rude to foreign customers pushing them to order and obviously bad mouthing them in his own language. Hygiene not the best as expected in the middle of a market. Flies all around the joint. |
Sahar Saleh | Our experience today is a brave restaurant. Popular restaurant in Souq Waqif. The sessions are simple, but the atmosphere is nice and it helped us.
You order, you pay, and you wait a while until your turn comes. The food is delicious, the prices are cheap, and the service is fast. The table can seat two families at the same time. |
Abdulrahman Hetaimish | A popular restaurant in the middle of Souq Waqif, next to the Bird Market… The taste is very ordinary. The shop owner has very bad manners and speaks as if the food is at his expense… an experience that will never be repeated. |
Iec 7 | The best available is the grilled meat awsal 🥩👍. |
Jana Alghamdi | It’s amazing, the atmosphere is amazing, and the prices are nothing like it. |
Abdur Rahman (ابوسعيد) | If you come to Doha and have not tried their grills, you are missing out. The most important thing is to order the grills you want with arugula and tahini, and pray for me. Something clean and of unparalleled quality. Ask for my guarantee. |
