The sitting area was quite congested, making it uncomfortable to dine. The food was just average, and it seemed like they were trying to cut costs on expensive dishes. For example, they took an unnecessarily long time to prepare the beef, yet it was still undercooked and lacked proper seasoning.

Pathetic service, ZERO cleanliness, takes forever to refill the buffets. DO NOT GO and WASTE YOUR MONEY! The managers are completely unbothered. Went there with a group of 6 and never going again.

I recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food lacked flavor and quality, and the overall atmosphere did not meet expectations. Additionally, the service could use some improvement. I believe there is potential here, but some changes are needed to enhance the dining experience. 😔😔 I spent 20k, but all wasted.

Unchi dukaan pheeka pakwan. Kisi kaam ka khana nahi tha—no taste, not fresh. The sweets were of no quality. Today was a bad experience & a waste of money.

1st impression… very congested sitting. Food 7/10, Sitting 5/10, Ambiance 6/10, Staff 7/10, Variety 6.5/10. Overpriced compared to other hi-tea restaurants. Summary: One-time try is fine. And don’t get convinced by watching Instagram, TikTok vlogs by paid vloggers.

Electricity failure many times, no proper light on the 1st floor. We had to use mobile lights. The receptionist girl was rude and misbehaved in front of our guest. Not recommended. (23/2/25)

Went for a buffet with three male friends. The attendant sat us at the MOST DISGUSTING SEATS possible—full of dirty stains, boogers, and whatnot. We got up immediately and went to Freddy’s. Shameful way of treating boys. Hamne bhi wohi 10k bharna tha jo baqi bhar rahay thay, at least treat us with respect. 😁
