Mugheera Asghar Not worth going anymore. Very few options in dinner and comparatively overpriced for the menu now.

Ayesha Amjad The atmosphere was pleasant, but the food was average. The buffet refills were slow, and it was crowded. The buffet was spread out in multiple locations, making it difficult to navigate.
Tabish Anwar Hi Dear G.M, I am one of your regular guests. I come here every time with a group of 10 to 15 people and also recommend it to my friends. But your customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I was calling for 2 hours, and no one picked up. I checked your Instagram and found many numbers. Some were unreachable, and one was working, but still, no one picked up even after an hour of calling. Very bad service.
Fiaz Nawaz Pathetic food quality, worst-ever experience of hi-tea in this restaurant. They ran short of food items throughout the buffet timings, and the standard of food is quite low. Seating is not comfortable.
M Abd Atif It offers a good experience overall, with a nice ambiance. However, on average, 3/10 dishes miss the mark, so not everything is worth trying. Still, a decent spot if you’re in the mood for variety!

Younas Saleem I want to start by highlighting the positives before moving on to the negatives to ensure my review remains fair and balanced. I visited this place three days ago and experienced their dinner buffet.
Shama Gulzar Food items are very limited. Even on my 4th visit, the options have decreased. The salad bar had very few items, and the Chinese food tasted terrible. Overall, I will not recommend anyone to visit Villa for hi-tea. Only the drinks, sweets, and ice cream corner were good, but food choices were extremely limited.
