Muhammad Kamran ⭐⭐⭐ Food quality is good, but the service is very poor. The atmosphere is satisfactory.
Shahzad Memon ⭐⭐ The sitting environment and brand name were quite inspiring, but the food quality did not meet our expectations. Additionally, they do not have a POS machine and charge a high sales tax, which could be reduced if card payments were allowed. Overall, it was not a good experience.
Kamran Ramzan ⭐ Bad experience. When I complained about the smell of fried fish, they had the same attitude. Stale fish and hair in chicken karahi. Very unprofessional behavior.
Skill For Peace ⭐⭐ The food needs improvement. Good staff, but service is slow. The taste is not up to the mark, yet the prices are like a 5-star hotel. A simple salad of onion and cucumber was priced at 120 rupees. However, a good thing is that they have stopped charging sales tax. The atmosphere is appreciated.
Hannan Faisal ⭐ Very pathetic service with average food quality. Most importantly, they cheat people by charging sales tax. If you ask for a bill in your name, they remove the sales tax, or if you pay by card, there’s no tax. They are frauds with no value for money.
Gulzar Ahmed Siddiqui ⭐⭐ The taste was normal compared to other Butt Karahi branches I’ve visited in cities like Sialkot and Gujranwala. Cleanliness is compromised, and the hygiene is not up to standard.
Abdul Hadi Rizwan ⭐⭐⭐ The meal did not meet my expectations. I recently had chicken karahi from Butt Karahi in Murree, and it was exceptionally delicious. However, the Faisalabad branch’s karahi was significantly inferior. Overall, an average experience.

Ali Raza ⭐⭐⭐ If you are in Faisalabad city, this hotel is a good option. However, if you are traveling, don’t enter the city just for it, as it is far from the main routes.
Muhammad Tayyab Jawad ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Butt Karahi and Tikka restaurant with my friends, and we had an amazing experience! We ordered the Desi Chicken cooked in butter, and it was absolutely delicious. The taste was rich, flavorful, and satisfying. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the buttery sauce added an incredible depth of flavor.
Ramish Yaqoob ⭐⭐ Normal food, nothing extraordinary. The service is also average. As a chef and food lover, I think they need to improve their taste.
