Worst experience ever, staff is not cooperative at all, the female at the counter probably the manager is the worst person doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Pizza is so hard, no cheese, bad taste and so dry even the local shops make it better, we ordered the royal crust pizza and trust me when I am saying this it literally spoiled the birthday. Never recommend.

Almost tried their entire menu .. visited many times.. cozy and comfortable place for families …wide area for indoor sitting. Everything I tried is quite good in taste. Specially their brownie, pizzas, burgers especially crunch burger and pizza burger, wings, Mr Wings platter, fries, and pasta.

Everything is good but they don’t offer local cold drinks brands with offers, that’s why I don’t buy offers here.

I visited Mr Wings, Faisalabad (Kohinoor Branch) today, and sadly, the service was disappointing. Despite asking for tissues 5 times, I didn’t receive them. The waiter only approached me with a request for a tip after I finished my meal. Having worked at this very branch two years ago as a cashier and waiter, I remember a much higher standard of service. Unfortunately, things seem to have changed.

Pathetic food quality with worst service and the prices are at their highest. Ordered pizza with a bowl of salad and got half-cooked with smelly onion in it. The floor in charge at the evening shift got an attitude problem, only there to play with his phone. Customers called for a waiter but he acted like he didn’t listen to them.

Wings are like a joke. Size is like a newly born chick’s wings. Mr Wings is well known for its excellent wings, but I ordered 10 fried wings today (11-7-24). It’s bad. Too much salty, I don’t know why. I couldn’t eat more than 2.

Warm cold drink, demanding extra charges for mayonnaise even though we spent 10,000 on pizza. They charge even for an extra disposable glass. Poor service.

The ingredients used in the pizza were not fresh, even the chicken in it was giving a bad smell. Don’t go to Mr Wings or you will waste your money. Wasted my money.
