The manager was clueless, neither apologizing for the delay nor handling the situation effectively. He was sitting on a table concentrating on his own Iftar. He was least bothered about guest services. If I could give a negative rating, I would rate the staff at -50 and the manager at -100. Needs a lot of improvement. |
