The Al Taiba Bukhari is really fantastic Afghan cuisine and always has fresh food. Whenever I travel to Manchester, Al Taiba is the spot because their food is freshly cooked on the spot,ot and they cook it twice a day, and sometimes they make it three times a day, and the service is very, very good.
If you are in Manchester, visit Al-Taiba on Wilmot Road.
