It was our first visit here but what we went with the expectation was not the same. Too much like the hype was not the same and the most problematic thing was their management we were supposed to sit and wait for the maximum. But the mess of staff was more than enough. Which made us feel uncomfortable and we had to pay for a lot of things, so I will give it 7 out of 10.

Despite the long wait time of 1.5 hours, the food was good, and the place was spacious. However, the managers kept saying “2 minutes” every time we asked about our food, which was frustrating. It seemed like they were busy, possibly with TikTokers making videos, which might have contributed to the delay.

I was disappointed with the food which was totally unexpected for an old player like Khayyam.
Mutton was undercooked and chewy and the chicken was salty.
The staff was good and the atmosphere was also amazing.
Will definitely try it again in a few weeks and decide whether Khayyam has fallen or it was a mistake once. I hope they maintain their standards.

It was a really pleasant experience just that somehow the staff was a bit lost at first but then they recovered swiftly. I think the manager should be more hands-on. EXCELLENT SERVING TIME. The presentation was above average and the taste exceeded expectations! There’s definitely room for improvement but overall a pleasant experience.
