Shubham Singhal | This place became my comfort zone! Everything here – the food, the prices, the taste, the service – is simply perfect! A hit among the locals all day long! For breakfast, try the Emma Datshi with puri, followed by hot lemon tea, momos for snacks, and the thukpa, datshi, and chowmein for main meals. Service and location are good, helping with abrupt hunger pangs all day long! | Excellent food, good service, local favorite |
Kiran James | Best in Thimphu. Very tasty food and good service. Must visit if you are a beef and pork lover. Their thukpa, momos, and chowmein are very tasty. Quality and quantity are great for a decent price. Also, you can get Indian parathas here. | Tasty food, good pricing, must-try for beef/pork lovers |
Chablop “PaSsu” | Momo is good, and they have innovated with momo+thukpa = Mothuk. Generally, the food is not bad and is frequented by locals. Very crowded. I bring my family here often but noticed that hygiene is not great. Stains on cups, wet plates, and dripping mugs. Staff look overworked and frustrated, not attending properly. The owner needs to inspire and incentivize them. | Good food, poor hygiene, unmotivated staff |
Avishek Malla | It is a decent place and very affordable. Tried their veg cheese momo, which was good. Chicken fried rice was average. | Affordable, good veg cheese momo |
Suchira Suranga | Nice food at a reasonable price. Located near the Hotel Gakyil. I visited several times. Quick response and good service. You can find both veg and non-veg items. | Reasonable price, quick service |
Aryan Wadile | Really amazing experience. We ordered both momos and noodles, and both tasted amazing. Really good if you are visiting Thimphu. You must try this! | Amazing food, must-visit in Thimphu |
Pema Wangchug | This is one of the few places in Bhutan which really has a great lounge vibe. Food is good and so are the drinks. The Live DJ on Saturdays and the decor make it a must-visit. One of my favorite places to drink and chill. | Great lounge vibe, good food and drinks, live DJ |
Kaushik Ahmed Reza | They have good food, good music, and good ambiance! Perfectly located at the heart of Thimphu. Weekends are quite crowded and busy. | Good food, music, ambiance; central location |
P P | Nice and very stylish bar with a great interior design. A place where the very nice and welcoming owner greets the guests himself. Had a great time here. Very recommendable! | Stylish interior, welcoming owner, great experience |
