I tried their beef steak. It was not good, not worth it. I tried one from the Lake City branch—it was amazing! But the Emporium branch was terrible. Not recommending beef steak from here, only pasta and Chinese are okay.

Fine dining? I asked many times for chili flakes, and they said they don’t have them? Why not? Charging a lot, but the food was not tasty at all. When I asked for chili flakes to balance the taste, they didn’t provide them. The menu has fancy names, but the food is just ordinary and not worth the price. Not going there again.

I saw a big RAT in their dine-in area. The manager saw it too. I complained, but no action was taken. I’m really worried about their kitchen’s hygiene. I had diarrhea after consuming their food. Stuffed chicken butter was my favorite, but now the white sauce isn’t up to the mark. The chicken in Schnitzel was not fresh, and the mashed potatoes had a burnt taste. Awful experience. Not recommended.

Arcadian Cafe is one of those places where you know the food will always be delicious. Whenever I can’t decide where to eat, Arcadian comes to the rescue. Even after so many years, it’s still my favorite and my ‘go-to’ eatery.

What a fall from grace! It was my favorite place during its early days in Emporium. The food was always good, but six years later, the quality has deteriorated so much that I hated it. Lasagna was made without any sauce, just pasta and bolognese, no white sauce at all, making it too dry inside. Cream of chicken soup had the same chicken they used in lasagna—didn’t belong there. Very disappointing experience!

Nothing has changed in the four years I’ve been visiting. It’s good that the taste remains consistent, but no new items have been added to the menu. The seating arrangement and front desk location remain the same. I suggest the management make some improvements to the ambiance. Their butter steak is my favorite, and the entire menu is lovely.

The price does not reflect the quality of the food and service. Very disappointing. Do not order chicken parmesan—the menu is misleading about what’s actually served. Despite marinara sauce being mentioned in the dish details, there was NO marinara sauce on it at all.

When Arcadian started many years ago, it was our go-to place with office friends. We enjoyed the ambiance and food a lot. Now, years later, I went there with the same friends, and the food was soooo bad. Never had lasagna this dry—it was so bad we couldn’t eat it. Such a shame that they couldn’t maintain their food quality.

The food was decent but didn’t leave a lasting impression. The seating area wasn’t appealing—it felt too crowded, and the loud music was distracting. The waiter seated us but then completely forgot about us and never returned to take our order. The BBQ steak was enjoyable, but the mushroom steak and the signature burger were just average.

Poor experience. The chili beef was chewy, cold, and had no flavor. The chicken steak was cold and undercooked. I changed to Napoleon chicken—it had no flavor and excessive cheese. The fries were very ordinary, and the grilled vegetables were cold and not fresh. Will not visit again and do not recommend.
