This has got to be my favourite Persian restaurant outside of London. Authentic and generous portions, and amazing service. I’m especially fond of Forough, who greets us with a warm smile and warmer food! I wish they had a breakfast service—that would have made it far more spectacular than it already is.

Doesn’t look fancy from here. The outside, but oncyou’reur in this 2 story restaurant, you will be impressed by the decoration and simple but well-arranged tables. Standard Persian menu, the food was excellent, great portions, pleased the ppapalatemadeee mewme wanttre.
The staff were lovely. And the crow makes you feel at home.

Food and services make this. It can be seen as unassuming compared to other fancier places on the same road, but be assured that this is a place that you will want to come back to. The servers are courteous and helpful, and it gives a mixture of being a restaurant but home style also home-style. It’s good being in a place that is not too noisy, and if you are able to sit downstairs, even though there is a lack of a window to look out onto the road, you have a significant amount of space and are not backed up against other tables.

Really enjoyed the food at Walnut Persian Restaurant. The food was fresh and not bland at all. lLlhad a great amount of seasoning. The chicken and lamb had great taste and were cooked well to which I really enjoyed. The service was also great. If you are looking for a nice Persian restaurant, I would highly recommend it.

I am Saudi, and I had an incident with an Iranian. I do not recommend this restaurant to our friends. The food is very average and not worth the price. The employee was rude. When he found out we were Saudis, he kept saying “don’t pay to America” and talked about political matters. I do not recommend visiting at all.
