Had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The ambiance was inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. We ordered Chinese cuisine, & three main chicken dishes—all were flavorful and well-prepared. Highly recommend for both the food and the atmosphere.

Went there for high tea on one random day. Limited dishes. Well cooked. Great staff. Efficient and polite. Everything is arranged in a manner. Refilled in time.
If you are around the Gulberg area, I would suggest giving them a try. You will love it.

I didn’t expect the taste and variety that they offered. Hi-tea was fully occupied by a good number of people. Every dish on the menu was served hot and fresh. They served wings and pizza on our table. I am a big fan of their pizza now. Loved the ambiance and service. All cards accepted, a few with a discount. They could consider replacing desserts to be replaced with something fancier. Highly recommended.

Disappointing experience. Visited during Eid, so it was busy, but that doesn’t excuse the food quality. Nachos were made with samosa patti and served with a sweet salsa – completely off. The chicken chilli dry was burnt, and the combo meal was incomplete (chowmein never arrived). The cheese in the “special” burger smelled bad. The service was inattentive. Not planning to visit again. P.S. Clean the dirty ketchup bottles on the dining tables.

Good restaurant. Nice location. The buffet is good. Brunch has a vast variety. The taste is nice. Room for improvement in omelette taste & variety.
There is rooforof improvement in the ambience. Everybody was disturbed by a group of four ladies/extra loud laughter for two hours. The admin could have requested them to behave gently.

The taste of the food is just OK, not as per the prices. Also, the service is very slow.. We ordered 3 items, 2 came after 25 minutes, while the second came around after 40 minutes is an awkward situation.

Even though I’m not usually a fan of Chinese cuisine, I couldn’t stop myself from finishing everything we ordered—it was that good.
Highly recommend their sandwiches, chicken fried rice, and for drinks, their Margarita is a must-try!

The overall experience was disappointing. I have been visiting Jade since 20, 17, and it used to be such a quality eestablishment,nt but over the y,e ars the food has become subpar and the environment has become less comfortable than it used to be.

The food was amazing in every aspect, and every genre they offered was done to perfection. I believe the experience that you have in a restaurant really boils around to two things: hee quality of the food and the service they provide, which in the case of Jadee and Chinatown was amazing. The ambiance is nnext-leveland the quality of the food they provide is also very good. I highly recommend their beef lasagna, chicken schezwan, and their classic chicken 🍔.
They also offer the all-you-can-eat..

They had a variety of coffee, which was very tasty, but I wouldn’t recommend hazelnut; it was disgusting. When we complained to the staff, they were nice enough to offer us a new one. Their molten lava was also too good. The ambiance was pleasant. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would totally recommend it for coffee dates or for casual hangouts with friends.

An overall great dining experience! We visited for dinner on a Monday evening, so there weren’t a lot of people there, which definitely contributed to the calm environment! This is a nitpic,,k really, but I really wish they’d update their playlist. Good food and service.
Their chai was good too, which is really something for the high-scale restaurants. Would visit again.

The ambiance of the cafe is warm and inviting, providing a comfortable setting for any occasion. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the mint margarita, which was top of the line—refreshing and perfectly balanced. Overall, the high-tea experience was good, and the quality of food and service met our expectations. Jade Cafe is a great spot for gatherings, and we look forward to visiting again.

Their Ambiance and Food were good, but not that Extraordinary.
They need to improve their service as they are very slow, and we have to call twthe aiter again and again to just order the food.
Looking at the quality and quantity of food, prices were a bit high.
Indoor services were brilliant, but outdoor was ooordinary because there was no such ventilation system.
