Went to Dr. Saucy today and the experience was horrible. The ambiance was pathetic. The floor was wet and poorly mopped. The heaters were not ignited ( staff upon inquiring said that the heater cylinder went for a refill, poor management). The burgers were okay. Service was also okay but needs improvement.
We went to Dr. Saucy to support local brands and it turned out to be a really bad experience. Not recommended at all. No value for money.

Good quality food but I was expecting the sauces to taste better. I was hoping for something like Johnny & Jugnu in Lahore but it’s not as good as that. The washroom was extremely dirty and stinky. They have benches for sitting, not very comfortable.

The food is quite amazing actually. The problem is that there is no air conditioning for dine-in. Without a proper sitting area, one can not enjoy their food and as of prices for the items this appears to be below par atmosphere.
