Happy Ox
It is an amalgamation of many different Asian Cuisines, so you can have whatever you wish in a group setting. There are two rooms—the front room is a bit more casual than the newer back room.

They only serve the fat in the name of meat. Beef thukpa is only fat. Beef pasta is all soaked. The vibe is great but the food is the worst.
Kinga Wangchuk
One of the restaurants with a cool interior in the main town. We get Bhutanese dishes, as well as Indian and continental dishes. I would love to recommend the place to the visitors for the good food and if you just want to enjoy your leisure time with a cup of coffee or drinks. The service is also good and will highly recommend it.

It has a good ambiance and is located in the heart of Thimphu town. I used to love this place, but my recent experience was not that good. I had beef curry and pork ribs, and the quality and quantity of meat were not up to the mark. Too much sauce also ruined the taste.

The atmosphere is great hygienic place but cutely problem is that in the same restaurant not you will find of po,rk chick, and fish, er which is quite strange for Indians
We tried paneer dal roti rice taste was ok.
But if you know any veg restaurant in Thimphu please suggest.
