Puran Gurung | Located in the heart of Paro town – Bhutanese Thali rightly spells Bhutanese cuisines. The host is exceedingly best and doesn’t mind people occupying a seat for two to three hours just sipping a single cup of tea. At Bhutanese Thali, they serve meats that are dried and Suja (a cup of salt and butter tea). Even better, many of the historical sights are within walking distance. |
Srik Kath | We visited this place to have veg Bathup. Didn’t disappoint at all. The food was fresh and prepared in 10-15 minutes. The meal was loaded with veggies, and the soup/gravy was spicy. This was the only Bhutanese place willing to make the flat noodles that day. The owner/chef was very courteous and not at all pushy. |
Rajarshi Chakraborti | The owner here is extremely helpful and assists you in selecting dishes. Coming to the food, the Beef Dry and Pork Dry dishes are excellent, along with the Eze and the vegetables. If you’re not looking for a buffet and want to try different Bhutanese dishes, feel free to visit this place. |
